"What can I say about my stay at Dumbell House that I haven't already said before, welcoming, perfect for family assessments, has everything you need, proivdes a warm safe environment. CCTV is brilliant. Level of care and support is brilliant. All staff are lovely and kind, always there if needed. All in all myself and my baby loved our stay, enjoyed the play session and baby group. Direct work sessions are very beneficial and done with care as may be sensitive area and always explained. Welcome packs have every bit of info needed. Weekly planners are also provided which is amazing as you never miss anything. My baby has flourished at Dumbell House and also I've been able to complete my parenting assessment with ease and meet new people at first I was scared as new place not my own home but in the end I'm glad I did it as meet some new and lovely people. There are no issues at all with Dumbell House. Keep up the good work."
