“Being at kaleidoscope at first was daunting with the cctv and staff being there 24/7. After being rejected from multiple other assessment units, Kaleidoscope accepted us. We was given the opportunity to show the local authority that I’m capable of looking after my daughter and seeing to her basic care needs. The staff was amazing and was helpful with anything I needed help with they became like friends nothing was ever to much they helped me with different knowledge of what children develop like. Even when my baby wouldn’t settle and was crying they helped show different soothing techniques they became like family ill always be thankful for the support and help they helped me with following birth."
